Shipping Policy
Pre-Shipment
- We are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.
- After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email.
- Orders are typically processed within 3-6 business days. However, due to the current logistics environment, orders may take up to 14 business days to be shipped.
- Excludes Pre-orders
- All orders that include Pre-order merchandise will ship on or around the approximate date listed in the details on the product's page.
Your Order Has Shipped
- For Local Delivery: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is "Out For Delivery". Additionally, you may opt-in for mobile updates at checkout.
- You will receive an email/text once the order has been delivered to your door (or designated delivery location).
- Please be sure to include any special instructions (i.e. door code, delivery location, etc.) when this option is selected.
- For all non-Local Delivery orders, we ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed and fulfilled.
- Your shipment should arrive to you within 4-6 business days; however, delays can occur.
- After the initial scan by the courier, Black and Beale is not responsible for lost shipments or missing orders.
- Please contact the delivery courier regarding lost/missing packages.
