Shipping policy

Pre-Shipment

• We are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.
• After order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email. 
• Orders are typically processed within 3-6 business days. However, due to the current logistics environment, orders may take up to 14 business days to be shipped.
• Excludes Pre-orders
• All orders that include Pre-order merchandise will ship on or around the approximate date listed in the details on the product's page.

Your Order Has Shipped

• We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
• Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed and fulfilled.
• Your shipment should arrive to you within 4-6 business days; however, delays can occur.
• After the initial scan by the courier, Black and Beale is not responsible for lost shipments or missing orders.
• Please contact the delivery courier regarding lost/missing packages.
